Homesless Prevention and Rapid Re-housing Program (HPRP)

The HPRP offers two basic types of assistance to help households obtain stable housing:
• temporary financial assistance
• housing stabilization services

The program has a maximum cash assistance limit, and participating households income can not exceed 50% of median income levels.

Can help with:

• Rental Assistance
• Security and Utility Deposits
• Rental Payments in Arrears
• Moving Costs

Individuals and families who are receiving case management services from our following community partners –
