• Increase home ownership among Native Americans within Missoula County
• Provide education in areas of real estate, home ownership and responsibilities associated with home ownership
• Educate in credit issues and financial processes of home ownership
• On-going counseling
• Lease to own opportunities for five low-income Native American families (80% of HUD median income or less)
• Clients must apply and qualify for a First Time Homebuyer Loan and will assume their own mortgage within 3 years
