The WoRC Program is the work readiness component of the Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) Program. All participants must come through the Ravalli County Office of Public Assistance.

The Program provides:

• Work Readiness Training
• Job Training
• Work Experience
• Concentrated Job Coaching
• Childcare While Participating
• Counseling
• Case Management for Families
• Supportive Service funds to help with tools, work interview clothing and transportation short term
